Introduction

You have made it this far!  Now it is time to see if you learned the objectives of this lesson on collaboration skills.  This is a two-part assessment: an individual informal quiz and a group quiz.  For the individual quiz, as you click on answers to questions, you will be notified immediately on the next page if you were right or if you need to review and answer the question again.  The final page will review the questions and answers.  The instructions for the cooperative quiz are included in the post below.  Don't forget to "Submit" both parts in the required formats when done.

For desktop and laptop users, the Google Form below is available through the iFrame window below or you may also click on the mobile device link, which opens up the survey in its own window.  It is recommended for mobile device users to click on the mobile device link below, "click here," since the iFrame does not work well with mobile devices.
