
LESSON 3: How to Improve Technological Skills
Introduction
The third lesson covers technological skills needed to do well on the Decades Project. For this lesson, you will begin pulling together resources using technology for your final presentation. You will first watch a multimedia presentation on improving technological skills. Then you will read the corresponding readings. Next, you complete the technological skills assignment and participate in the discussion question for technological skills. Finally, you will complete the brief technological skills quiz to check your skills!
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:

Assess and select a multimedia presentation software.

Explore video and music websites and select appropriate multimedia.

Explore skit ideas online and select appropriate skit components for your presentation.

MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATION

The multimedia presentation will talk about the objectives to improve technological skills and go over the learning activities for this lesson. If you would like more information on different technological strategies, please complete the readings below. If you would like to practice your technological skills, please complete the activities below.

Introduction
For the third assignment, you will select a presentational tool and use it to tell classmates about video and music websites and how they can aid you in your Decades Project. This will be a one to two-minute presentation using and including various technologies.
